What is Executive Organizing?

Executive Organizing is our highest-touch organizing service designed for clients who want a streamlined, concierge-level experience with minimal stress and minimal time investment. We manage the project from start to finish, coordinating everything needed to create a polished, functional home. Depending on the scope of the project, this may include bringing in a team of organizers, sourcing products, purchasing furniture and shelving, coordinating vendors, handling donations, and implementing complete organizing systems throughout the home. Our goal is to make the process feel effortless for the client while delivering systems that are beautiful, intuitive, and easy to maintain.

Who is Executive Organizing for?

This service is ideal for busy professionals and executives, managed households, large households or HNW estates, and clients who are already accustomed to delegating household responsibilities to trusted service providers such as housekeepers, nannies, personal assistants, cooks, or other staff.

Executive Organizing works best for clients who are comfortable trusting our recommendations and allowing us to take the lead on implementation and decision-making. It is also an excellent fit for clients who are capable of independently completing or delegating decluttering “homework” between sessions if needed in order to keep projects moving efficiently.

How Is Executive Organizing Different from Regular Home Organizing or ADHD Organizing?

Executive Organizing is designed to prioritize efficiency, delegation, and broad household functionality over highly individualized systems. In many executive households, multiple people interact with the space every day, including family members, guests, and household staff. Because of this, systems often need to be simple, highly visible, consistent, and easy for everyone to maintain rather than deeply customized around one individual’s cognitive style or habits.

By contrast, ADHD organizing and neurodiversity-focused organizing is usually one-on-one, requires slower pacing, involves collaborative decision-making, and results in highly personalized systems based on how a client’s brain processes information. Executive Organizing is typically best suited for clients who do not require those accommodations and who prefer a more hands-off, implementation-focused approach.
